Alan Pappalardo

Alan Pappalardo, age 57, of Morrisville, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 10, 2014 at Statesman Health and rehabilitation Center, Middletown Township, PA. His loving wife, children, and grandchildren were faithfully by his side throughout his time of need. Born in Trenton, NJ, he was a lifelong Morrisville resident.Prior to his retirement, Alan was employed as a union carpenter with Carpenter's Union Local #1462. He attended Holy Trinity Elementary School and was a 1974 graduate of Morrisville High School. Mr. Pappalardo was member of the Penn Warner Club and was an avid fisherman. He was a baseball coach with the Morrisville Little League and also served as a cubscout leader. Alan enjoyed traveling, and was also very active in raising donations for various charities.Son of the late Guy and Ann (Csakan) Pappalardo, he is survived by his loving wife, Linda Jo (Knepp) Pappalardo, 5 children, Kristi Buch of Levittown, Kimberley Buch of Morrisville, Timothy (and wife Tina) Buch of Orlando, FL, Daniel (and wife Eva) Buch of Morrisville, and Brandon Pappalardo of Morrisville. He will also be missed by 3 sisters, 2 brother-in- laws James Knepp( wife Mary Ann ), Randy Knepp, 8 grandchildren Amber, Marquis, Diante, Gianna, Chase, Ephraim, Elyas, and Cody, and several nieces and nephews.Relatives and friends are invited to attend his life celebration at 2 PM on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA. (www.hooperfuneralchapel.com). The Rev. Ken Miller, Pastor of the Bucks County Community Church, will officiate.
