Barbara Weikel (ostroski)

Barbara Weikel, age 78 of Levittown, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, Dec. 4, 2015 at Aria Bucks Hospital. She was born in Locust Gap, PA.Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a sales associate with Littman Jewelers at Oxford Valley Mall for over 25 years. She loved all animals, enjoyed traveling, and was an avid reader.Daughter of the late Stanley and Cecelia (Cress) Ostroski, and wife of the late John Weikel, Sr., she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law John Jr. and Paula Weikel of Levittown, 2 sisters Ann Walter of Allentown, PA and Dolly Motyka of Kulpmont, PA, 2 brothers and sisters-in-law Bill and Darlene Ostroski of Los Lunas, NM and Jack and Pat Ostroski of Yorkhaven, PA, 2 granddaughters Christine and Victoria Weikel, and many nieces and nephews.Services and interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family, entrusted to the care of the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, Morrisville, PA (www.hooperfuneralchapel.com).In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in Barbara's name be sent to the American Heart Association, 5455 N.
