Bernadette M. McDonough

Bernadette M. McDonough, age 79, of Yardley, PA passed on Monday, January 30th, 2023, at Saint Mary’s Medical Center, in Langhorne, PA.

Bernadette was born in Philadelphia, PA to Francis and Anna (Natchez) McDonough on September 8th, 1943.  She was a forty year resident of Yardley, PA.

She is survived by her son, Frederick Zimmerman (Celeste), and grandson, Hunter Zimmerman.  Bernadette is also survived by her brothers Robert “Bobby” McDonough of Philadelphia and Ronald McDonough of New Jersey, and sisters, Margaret DiIenno of Southampton, and Florence McLaughlin of Doylestown, in addition to many nieces and nephews.

Bernadette was a graduate of Little Flower High School, and prided herself as a successful insurance agent for over 25 years.  Later in life, her tenacity and vibrant personality served her well in her transition to realtor.  In her free time, Bernadette enjoyed antiquing, sewing, and roller skating.

There will be a Celebration of Life luncheon at Brookside Manor on February 18th starting at 11:30 am.
