Carmen Milagros Pagan

Carmen Milagros Pagan, age 52, of Morrisville, PA passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her loving family.

Ms. Pagan was born in Brooklyn, NY. She was a certified nurse assistant for St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, PA and an executive assistant for UHaul. When she had time to spare, she played paddle ball and softball; she coached basketball and she loved to dance, especially to Spanish music or soft dance music. She was a big fan of Mickey and Minnie Mouse, as well as Harley Davidsons Motor Cycles.

Daughter of the late Thomas Fermaint, Carmen is survived by her mother, Nelly Rivera; her children, Monica Rivera, Jose Pagan, Chantel Lotito, Nellie and Nicholas Velez, and James and Isabella De La Torre; siblings, William Cosme, Hector and Laura Cosme, Michael Pagan and Raphael Rivera; grandchildren, Aliyah Tricoche, Destiny Tricoche, Devin Bracero, Julian Pagan, Geovanni Pagan, Allyanna Rivero, Emmett Velez, Joshua Velez and Jackson De La Torre; as well as one future great-grandchild, twelve nieces and nephews, and lots of cousins, aunts and uncles.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Life Celebration, which will be held at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 4 pm. Friends may join the family from 3 PM until service time to share memories of Carmen.

To honor Carmen’s wishes, everyone is requested to wear red and/or white clothing.
