Charles J. "Pop" (Jr) Schlosser

Charles J. "Pop" Schlosser, Jr., age 89 of Morrisville, PA passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 19, 2023 at Jefferson Bucks Hospital in Langhorne, PA. Born in Philadelphia, Pop resided in Morrisville for over 60 years.

Prior to his retirement, Mr. Schlosser was employed by DeLaval Turbine in Trenton, NJ for 50 years. A proud Veteran of the U.S. Navy, Pop was a life member of the Morrisville Fire Company and a member of the Bucks County Fire Police Association. He retired from the Morrisville Ambulance Squad after serving for over 25 years. Pop was also a member of the Yardley Rod and Gun Club and a volunteer with Boy Scout Troop 3. He enjoyed camping and was a member of the Spinning Wheels Camping Club. Pop was also an avid bowler and was fond of hunting.

Son of the late Charles J. Sr. and Marie (Ernst) Schlosser, husband of the late Marian R. (Smith) Schlosser and father of the late Daniel A. Schlosser, Pop is survived by a daughter Christine M. Luna of Morrisville, three sons and daughters-in-law Charles J. Ill and Deborah Schlosser of Yardley, Mark and JoAnn Schlosser of Morrisville and Michael and Lisa Schlosser of Levittown, a sister and brother-in-law Miriam and Barry Spohn of Palmyra, PA, a brother and sister-in-law William and Virginia Schlosser of Swoyersville, PA, five grandchildren Amanda and Jessica (Ian), Mark, Jr(Kimberly), Robert (Ashley)and Jamie Lambeck (Jonathan), ten great grandchildren, Wilder, Walker, Dravon, Julianna, Mikayla, Hunter, Oaklee, and Levi, Charlotte and Shelby, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate his Funeral Mass at 10 AM on Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023 at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, 201 S. Pennsylvania Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067. His interment with military honors will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd., Newtown, PA 18940.

Friends may call on Monday, Nov. 6, 2023 from 7-9 PM at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067.
