Donald H. Price

Donald H. Price, passed away peacefully in his home on January 12th, 2025. He is with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Army, cherished husband of 68 years, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and a respected member of the Morrisville community.

Born in Trenton NJ, Don was primarily known in the Morrisville community as a chiropractor, proudly owning one of the first private practices in his home for over 50 years. Don was so committed to his patients care he continued working and not retiring until the age of 80. In addition, Don made significant contributions to the education sector by serving on the Morrisville School Board for many years. Academically accomplished, he earned a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine, embodying the spirit of lifelong learning. His quick wit and sense of humor made him a joy to be around; he was known for always telling jokes and bringing smiles to anyone that he came across. He had a passion for reading, playing hymns on his harmonicas and refinishing old furniture. Don loved serving the Lord as a founding member and elder at his church now known as Hope Presbyterian Church of Lawrenceville Nj. He mirrored the love of Jesus to his family and community beyond his professional responsibilities. 

Don was predeceased by his beloved parents, Blanche and Theodore Price, as well as his daughters Beth and Lisa, brothers Ted and Craig, and his beloved grandchild Andrew. He is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Mary Ann Price, who stood by him through all of life's seasons. He is also survived by his children: Wendy and her husband Lou Bausch, Tricia and her husband Steve Wittekind and Holly and her husband Colin Henderson. He will be deeply missed by his eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren, alongside many extended relatives and dear friends whose lives he touched. Don’s legacy of kindness, encouragement, love, and laughter will live on in the hearts of his family and all those who had the privilege of knowing him. His impact will be felt for years to come, which truly made a difference in the lives of many.

Family and friends are welcome to gather at Hope Presbyterian Church PCA ,140 Denow Rd, Lawrence Township, NJ 08648 for his memorial service on Saturday Jan 18th. Visitation 10:00-11:30 Celebration of Life service 11:30-12:30. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Don's memory to Hope Presbyterian Church.
