Edna D. (Fosbrook) Browne

Edna D. Browne of Trenton, NJ passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at the age of 97.  She was born in Trenton, NJ on November 26, 1921 and was the daughter of the late Harry and Helen (Reinert) Fosbrook.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Harry J. Browne, her sister Lillian Johnson and brother Harry Fosbrook.

Prior to her retirement, Edna was employed at Groendyke Certified Public Accountants as an Office Manager.  After her retirement she enjoyed crocheting, reading, and gardening.  Edna was a longtime member of St. Bartholomew Lutheran Church, Trenton, NJ.

She is survived by her children, Carol Lucas, James and Andrea Browne, Thomas and Donna Browne and Linda and David Venslavsky.  In addition to her children, she is survived by her grandchildren, Karin Marks, Lorie Nazian, Kelly DeMilio (David) and Dana Browne, great grandchildren Ryan and Alex DeMilio,  Tyler and Meghan Marks, Brianna Reed, and Brian Nazian, as well as 2 great-great-grandchildren.  She is also survived by her brother Robert Fosbrook and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service on Sunday, May 19, 2019 at 2:30 PM at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA, where friends may call from 1:30 until time of services.  The Rev. Andrew Gordon will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions, in Edna's name, be made to Greenwood House, 51 Walter St., Ewing Township, NJ  08628 ( www.greenwoodhouse.org ), or to the charity of the donor's choice.
