Edward A. Matejik

Edward A. Matejik, age 66, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 14, 2023 at Vitas Hospice in Philadelphia after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. Born in Morrisville, PA, he was a lifelong resident and prior to his retirement he was employed as a CDL driver for many years at various companies. Eddie was a loyal San Francisco 49ers fan. He enjoyed cooking, music, shooting pool, spending time with friends and family, and his treasured Yorkie, Caroline.

Son of the late Louis S. and Mary A. (Rodison) Matejik and brother of the late Evelyn Flemming, Raymond Matejik and Louis Matejik. He is survived by his two daughters, Jamie Klejna, husband Michael, of Fairless Hills, PA and Lynette Alexander, husband Thomas, of Levittown, PA. He was very proud of his four grandchildren, Michael, Gianna, and Mason Klejna and Adalyn Alexander.
Also survived by two brothers, two sisters, and a sister-in-law, Steven Matejik of Levittown, PA, Francis and Sherry Matejik of Sarasota, FL, Joan A. LaPilusa of Pennington, NJ and Lillian Barber of Levittown, PA, together with several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 beginning at 10 AM at J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave, Morrisville, PA 19067. Prayer service will be held at 11 AM and interment will follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery, River Road, Yardley.
