Edward F. Mctamney

Edward F. McTamney, age 71 of Morrisville, PA, passed away Monday, January 20, 2014 at Aria Bucks Hospital, Falls Twp., PA. Born in Bristol, PA, he was a lifelong Morrisville resident. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as the Director of Purchasing with Triangle Art Center. Mr. McTamney was a proud Navy Veteran who was an avid college basketball fan, especially enjoying Temple Basketball and March Madness. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and enjoyed cooking. Son of the late Edward Michael and Marie (Smith) McTamney, and husband of the late Joyce B. McTamney, he is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Caren and Scott Cronin of Shrewsbury, MA and Cathleen and Matthew Bohning of Jamison, PA, and three grandchildren, Alden Edward Cronin and Lily Marie and Julia Grace Bohning. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 11 AM on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA. Interment will follow in Newtown Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday morning from 10-11 AM at the funeral chapel.
