Edwin H. Mcdaniel

Edwin H. McDaniel, age 84, of Morriville, PA, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 10, 2016 at his home in Morrisville, surrounded by his family.. Born in Trenton, NJ, Mr. McDaniel had lived in Morrisville since 1960.Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a mason with the Bricklayers & Allied Craftsman Union Local #5, Bordentown, NJ for over 40 years, the last 9 years serving as business manager. He loved hunting and fishing, and enjoyed making his own fishing lures. He was a proud Navy Veteran of the Korean War.Son of the late Herman and Martha (Kutz) McDaniel, and father of the late Henry McDaniel, he is survived by his loving wife Joyce (Keeler Reitzle) McDaniel, 2 sons and daughters-in-law Edwin William and Nancy McDaniel of San Juan Capistrano, CA, and Raymond and Patricia McDaniel of Lower Makefield, 3 daughters and 2 sons-in-law Terri and Stephen Gabrell of Hamilton Twp., NJ, Linda Hart of Lower Makefield, and Karen and David Michael of Morrisville, PA, 18 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial services at 8 PM on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067 (www.hooperfuneralchapel.com). The Rev. William McKinney will officiate.
