Elaine Mildred (Waters) Grant-Rose

Elaine Mildred Grant-Rose, age 80 of Morrisville, PA passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at her home.  Born in Trenton, she was a lifelong Morrisville resident. Elaine was a graduate of Trenton High School.  A staunch Democrat, she was a former Council Woman for Morrisville Boro and served as Judge of elections.  She was well known as "Penny the school bus driver" in the Morrisville School District, as she would often take the kids for penny candy.  She enjoyed needlepoint and studying history, especially Egyptian history.

Daughter of the late Charles and Ethel (Miklos) Waters and wife of the late Alvin Grant, she is survived by her husband Henry T Rose, four children, Jeffrey (Sandra) Grant of West Grove, PA, Pamela (John) Urban of Millville, NJ, Paula Grant of Florence, NJ and Jason (Karen) Grant of Lakeland, FL, two sisters Eleanor Lingrell of Columbus, NJ and Charlotte Hayden of Langhorne, ten grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and four nieces and nephews.

Her services will be held privately at the convenience of the family, entrusted to the care of the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel.
