Florence E. Kurfuss

Florence E. (Sheets) Kurfuss, age 90, of Morrisville, PA passed away on Saturday, Aug. 22, 2015 at Aria Bucks Hospital, Langhorne, PA. Born in Trenton, NJ, Mrs. Kurfuss had lived in Morrisville since 1959.She was formerly employed as a sales associate with Sears, Roebuck, and Co. in Trenton for over 10 years. A parishioner of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Morrisville, she enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and needlepoint. Daughter of the late Earl and Lillian (Muenzenberger) Sheets, wife of the late John J. Kurfuss, sister of the late Earl and Marion May Sheets, and mother of the late Donald J. Kurfuss, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Barbara A. and Timothy Haley of Morrisville, a son and daughter-in-law John J. and Lorraine Kurfuss of Trenton, NJ, 3 grandchildren Jeffrey (& Denise) Kurfuss, Christopher (& Mary) Kurfuss, and Jenna Haley, 3 great grandchildren Jessica, Kaitlyn, and Dylan, and several nieces and a nephew.Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate her funeral mass at 11 AM on Friday, Aug. 28, 2015 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 201 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067. Interment will follow in Morrisville Cemetery.Friends may call Friday morning from 9:30 - 10:30 AM at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W.
