Frank W. Paine Jr.

Frank W. Paine, Jr., age 85, of Lower Makefield, PA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Oct. 1, 2015 at home. He was the beloved husband of 58 years to the late Virginia E (nee Mount) Paine.Born in Trenton, NJ, he was the son of the late Frank W Paine, Sr. and Helen Bartell Paine Carnevale. Frank grew up in Trenton, graduated from Trenton High School, was married in 1951 and moved to Bucks County in 1954. He lived in Levittown for 10 years before moving to Lower Makefield. Before his retirement in 1990, he worked 40 years for the Rohm and Haas Company in Bristol.He was a TCA member and loved all trains, but he also loved cars, airplanes, and anything he could build or drive. He vacationed with family at the Jersey shore (AC & LBI) his entire life and traveled with Ginny to Ireland, Alaska, Nova Scotia, San Francisco, Caribbean, Daytona to name a few. He took up golf in retirement. He could fix anything and enjoyed being with his family. He was an easy going guy who will be missed by his family and friends.He loved his family and was very loved by daughter Renee Bishop Will (Tom), son Frank Paine III (Anita) and by his grandchildren Craig Bishop, Jr., Jeffrey Bishop (deceased) Erica Sprague (Chris), Frank W. Paine IV, Andrew Paine (Jennifer) and great-grandchildren, Craig Bishop III, Alexandria Bishop, Sean Bishop and Jack Paine, as well as his brother James Geltch (Roberta).Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 12 Noon on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2015 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA. (www.hooperfuneralchapel.com). The Rev. Wendy Bellis, Pastor of Morrisville United Methodist Church, will officiate. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Trenton, NJ.Friends may call Tuesday morning from 10:30 AM - 12 Noon at the funeral chapel.In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions, in Mr. Paine's name, be sent to the Lower Makefield E.M.S., 1140 Edgewood Rd, Morrisville, PA 19067.
