George C. Angle

George C. Angle, 95, of Morrisville died Sunday August 25, 2024, at home surrounded by his loving family.

  George was born and raised in Trenton, NJ to the late Ada and James Angle. George attended Trenton high school and was on the Track team. After high school George was drafted into the United States Army, to which he received his honorable discharge. George relocated to Morrisville in 1952. He was a faithful parishioner of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. He worked for Bonderchuck Chevrolet in New Jersey for over 10 years and the Peruzzi Auto Group for over 20 years. In his free time, George enjoyed watching football (especially the Eagles, go birds!) gardening, dancing, or he liked working on classic Camaros. 

  George is predeceased by his wife, Patricia Angle; his sons, George and Joseph; his sisters, Grace and Roberta. He is survived by his children, Maryanne Wise and her husband, Alan, of Bristol, and Patti Ely and her husband, Dean , of Yardley; 8 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and extended relatives. He will be truly missed.

  A visitation will be held on Wednesday September 4, 2024, from 12 to 12:30 p.m. in the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 201 N. Pennsylvania Avenue Morrisville, PA 19067. Mass will begin at 12:30 p.m. George will be laid to rest in Washington Crossing National Cemetery in Newtown, where Military Honors will be rendered. 

  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in George’s name to St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 325 S Oxford Valley Rd, Fairless Hills, PA 19030, or Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 201 N. Pennsylvania Avenue Morrisville, PA 19067. Please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
