Glen Joseph Gordon

Glen Joseph Gordon, age 82, of Fairless Hills, PA, passed away peacefully on Wed., Feb. 15, 2017 at his home. Born in Morrisville, PA, he was a longtime Fairless Hills resident.Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a chemistry lab technician with U.S. Steel. He was an active Boy Scout Leader who enjoyed deep sea fishing and NASCAR. He was an avid Eagles and Phillies fan. Most of all, he loved his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.Son of the late Edward and Stella (Lanzack) Gordon, he is survived by his wife, Lorraine (Kervick) Gordon, his children Jackie Humphries of Bristol, PA, Lorraine and Scott Bastedo of Bensalem, Tammy Kervick of Bristol, Pamela Lakatosh of Bristol, Marylou Moore of Fairless Hills, PA, Irene and Richard Glassie of Fairless Hills, PA, Kim and Jerry Tajc of Levittown, Patty and Kenny Carman of Langhorne, PA, Bernadette Urey of New Jersey, and Jon Gordon of Fairless Hills, a brother Edward Gordon, two sisters, Betty Greenlee and Gloria Cooper, 31 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 11AM on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA. The Rev. John Eckert, Pastor of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, will officiate. Interment will follow in Beechwood Cemetery, Hulmeville, PA.Friends may call Wednesday from 10AM to 11AM at the funeral chapel.
