Ivan Kotenko

Ivan Kotenko, age 87, recently of Levittown, PA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 29, 2015 at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, PA. Born in Kiev, Ukraine, Mr. Kotenko moved to Morrisville, PA in 1959, where he resided until recently living with his daughter in Levittown.Prior to his retirement, Mr. Kotenko enjoyed his life as a farmer, farming Kings Farm in Morrisville. He also worked at Robertson Tile Company in Morrisville for many years. He was an accomplished musician and singer who loved to play the mandolin. He was also an avid gardener. Mr. Kotenko was a loving husband, devoted and protective father, and an all around good guy.Son of the late Pawlo and Helen Kotenko, he is survived by 3 daughters, Luba Kotenko of Penndel, Olga Kotenko of Morrisville, and Eleanor Kotenko of Levittown, 5 grandchildren, Crystle, Amanda, Heather, Alexis, and Allen, Jr., and a great granddaughter, Brooklynn.Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 11 AM on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W.
