Joanne Marie Sefransky

Joanne Marie Sefransky, born on September 30, 1956, in Trenton, NJ, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 20, 2024 at Capital Health Hopewell in New Jersey.

Joanne was born to the late Goldie and Joseph Immordino. She grew up and planted her roots in her hometown of Morrisville, PA. Joanne was a devoted mother and Grammy to her two beautiful grandchildren. She spent her days focused on the loving care that she provided to her family. 

She was a sweet and kind person who enjoyed laughter, judge shows, caring for her rescue dog, Boris the bird, riding her horse of many years, and her occasional trip to AC. She cared deeply for all animals including the neighborhood cats, getting them the care they needed as well. She also took pride in watching her vegetable garden grow and her annual flowers bloom each year. Joanne's warmth and caring nature will be deeply missed by all who knew her. 

Joanne is predeceased by her late husband of nearly 50 years, Thomas John Sefransky and Brother Michael “Mick” Immordino. Joanne leaves behind her beloved children Thomas Sefransky (Sharon) and Elizabeth Smith (Andrew); her two grandchildren Nolan and Maria; her brothers, Scott Immordino (Dana) and Joseph Immordino (Chrissy), as well as many nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her very dear friends Valerie Zigon-Richardson, Beverly Miller and Danny Kostar.

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel 41 W. Trenton Ave. Morrisville, PA 19067. A prayer service and a time of sharing will begin at 2:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
