John Charles Albert

John Charles Albert, age 84 of Levittown, PA passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2019 at Chandler Hall Hospice, Newtown, PA.  Born in Passaic, NJ, Mr. Albert has lived in Levittown for over 45 years.

John was a proud Army Veteran.  Following his military service he worked for the PA State Highway Department for 3 years, before moving to Gardener Cryogenics delivering helium for 2 years.  His career then carried him to Strick Trailer for 2 years, and finally to H & H Gas (Amerigas), where he retired after 30 years.  Mr. Albert was an avid baseball fan, especially enjoying his grandson's games.  John was also a collector of John Deere memorabilia.

Son of the late John Vincent and Gladys (Ross) Albert, he is survived by his loving wife Priscilla (Merklin) Albert, his son Mike Albert of Levittown and daughter Lisa Jasiunas of Bensalem, his mother-in-law Ethel Banuat of Forest City, PA, 5 grandchildren, Mike, Jr., Amanda, Mark, Kristina and Josh, and 3 great grandchildren, Kaylyn, Nolan and Jennifer.

Relatives and friends are invited to his graveside services at 10 AM in the mausoleum at Greenwood Cemetery, 1800 Hamilton Ave., Hamilton, NJ  08619.
