John "Jack" Patrick Stephan

John Patrick "Jack" Stephan, age 68 of Levittown, PA passed away suddenly on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Lower Bucks Hospital, Bristol, PA. Born in Trenton, NJ, Jack was a lifelong resident of Levittown.

Mr. Stephan was a graduate of Pennsbury High School, Class of 1973. He worked at Bucks County Courthouse in Doylestown for several years prior to working at Lower Bucks Hospital for 40 years. An avid fresh water fisherman, John enjoyed vacation traveling, watching movies, going to concerts, spending time on the beach and cooking and grilling. He enjoyed sports of all kinds, but mostly enjoyed football and was a huge fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. He was well known for being a fantastic uncle to his nieces and grand nieces and grand nephews.

Son of the late Richard F. and Carolyn M. (Rex) Stephan, and brother of the late Richard M. Stephan, Michael A. Stephan and Robert Stephan, he is survived by his sister Helen Terry (and Frank) Colosi of Levittown, his brother James Scott Stephan of Lakeland, FL, four nieces Jennifer Payne, Janine and Kimberly Stephan and Teresa Colosi, and grand nieces and nephews Olivia, Lila, Max, Maisy, Kai, Phoebe, Riley, Makenzie and Laina.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service at 11 AM Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067. His interment will follow in Ewing Cemetery, Ewing, NJ.

Friends may gather from 9:30 AM until 11 AM at the funeral chapel.
