Joseph K. Lasso

Joseph K. Lasso, age 60 of Ewing Township, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at his home.  Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador, Mr. Lasso lived in New York before moving to Ewing Township over 30 years ago.

Joseph was recently employed with Ewing Township, and attended Incarnation Roman Catholic Church in Ewing.  He enjoyed playing softball and ping pong, lounging in the hot tub, and playing cards and games with friends.  Joseph was a loyal fan of the Yankees and the New York Jets, and enjoyed watching football as well as the Little League World Series.  He also loved spending time at the shore.  He was a proud Navy Veteran who had a wonderful sense of humor and enjoyed helping everyone.

Son of the late Felix and Hilda (Rodriguez) Lasso, he is survived by his loving wife Susan E. (Polensky) Lasso, his daughter Calista Joy Lasso of Trenton, four step-children Donald M. (& Michele) Stanley, Thaddeus E. Krainski, Timothy S. ( & Sharae) Krainski, and Christine Carll (& Dawn Kallen), four brothers Ceasar, Lautaro and Jorge Rodriguez and Patrick Lasso, four sisters Dalila Ortega, Maria and Gladys Rodriguez, and Jenny Irizarry, five grandchildren Nicole Richman, Jeremy Stanley, and Thomas, Daemon, and Daenerys Krainski, and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Friday, April 6, 2018 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA.  His interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

Friends may call Thursday evening from 7-9 PM and on Friday from 10-11 AM at the funeral chapel.
