Joyce C. (Reitzle) McDaniel

Joyce C. Reitzle McDaniel, age 89 of Morrisville, PA passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, April 2, 2022.  Born in Trenton, NJ, Joyce lived in Morrisville for the past 76 years.

Mrs. McDaniel was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who devoted the majority of her time taking care of her home and family.  One of her great joys was home decorating.  Joyce also loved wildlife, feeding the birds and going to the beach.

Daughter of the late William and Thelma (Lewis) Reitzle, wife of the late Edwin H. McDaniel and Mother of the late Henry McDaniel, she is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law Edwin William and Nancy McDaniel of San Juan Capistrano, CA, and Raymond and Patricia McDaniel of Lower Makefield Township, PA, three daughters and two sons-in-law Terri and Stephen Gabrell of Hamilton Township, NJ, Linda Hart of Lower Makefield Township and Karen and David Michael of Morrisville, 19 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her graveside service on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 1 PM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Ave., Newtown, PA  18940.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, in Joyce’s name, may be made to The American Diabetes Association, (www.diabetes.org) or to the American Cancer Society, (www.cancer.org).
