Kathleen R. Behrmann (ryan)

Kathleen R. Behrmann, age 92, of Telford, PA, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 7, 2016 at the Lutheran Community at Telford. Born in New Egypt, NJ, Mrs. Behrmann spent most of her adult life in Morrisville, PA. Prior to her retirement, Kathleen was employed as a nursing instructor for several Trenton area hospitals, including Mercer County Vocational, Helene Fuld, and Princeton Medical, for 40 years. She was a charter member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Morrisville, where she served as a member of the altar guild and also taught Sunday school. Mrs. Behrmann loved to travel, enjoyed camping, and was an avid racing fan. She was a member of the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association), a Girl Scout leader, and a Cub Scout den mother.Daughter of the late William D. and Anna Mae (Hart) Ryan, wife of the late Richard E. Behrmann, Jr., sister of the late David and William Ryan, and mother of the late Cindy J. Walsh, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law Kathy A. and Raymond A. Newman of Perkasie, PA, a son and daughter-in-law Richard E. III and Catherine M. Behrmann of Fairless Hills, PA, four grandchildren Martin and Glenn Newman and Richard IV and Ryan Behrmann, six great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services at 11 AM on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1203 Pine Grove Rd., Yardley, PA 19067. The Rev. Michael McKillip, Pastor, will officiate. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Hamilton Twp., NJ.Friends may call on Saturday morning from 9 AM to 11 AM at the church.In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions, in Mrs. Behrmann's name, be sent to the above named church.Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the J.
