Kathleen Rose (Kirkham) Castor

Kathleen Rose Castor, age 64 of Morrisville, PA, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2022 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Born in Trenton, NJ, Kathleen was a lifelong resident of Morrisville, PA.

Kathleen worked as an accountant at Empire Abrasive Equipment Company for 32 years. She was a parishioner at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, where she was also a member of their choir and bell choir. Kathleen loved her family with all her heart, and she especially enjoyed the annual family vacations in Sea Isle City.  She was involved with CYO sports, where she served as treasurer. A renowned cook, Kathleen will be remembered for her famous potato salad and coleslaw that was always on hand for social gatherings, holiday meals and for 30 years at the Post Road Jamboree. She was an avid piano player and loved listening to music.

Daughter of the late William and Marion (Egan) Kirkham, Kathleen is survived by her loving husband, Robert Castor; two sons and their spouses, Robert Jr. (Stephanie) and William (Regina); a granddaughter, Juliette;  siblings, Maureen (Kirkham) Schupsky and William G Kirkham; as well as several nieces and nephews and two dear aunts: Eileen (Egan) Raney and Patricia Kirkham.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church (201 N. Pennsylvania Ave. Morrisville, PA 19067) on December 29, 2022 at 11 AM. Her committal at Holy Trinity Cemetery will follow.

Friends may call on December 28, 2022 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel from 6-8 PM and on December 29, 2022 from 9:30 – 10:30 AM.
