Keith A. Pinto, age 73, of Morrisville, PA, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving family, on Wednesday, April 4, 2018. Born in Wildwood, NJ, Mr. Pinto was a lifelong Morrisville resident. A graduate of Morrisville High School, Keith worked for the Railroad as well as U.S. Steel as a diesel mechanic. Following that, he was employed with General Motors, before working as a school bus driver for the Pennsbury School District for 22 years. He was also a trained barber, styling many Morrisville residents at his home barber shop. Mr. Pinto enjoyed working outdoors, cutting grass and cleaning and detailing cars.
Son of the late Anthony and Gloria (DeVito) Pinto, he is survived by his loving wife Miriam (Parmer) Pinto, four sons and three daughters-in-law John and Debora Weiss, Keith and Laura Pinto, Tim Weiss, and Anthony and Patty Pinto, all of Morrisville, a daughter and son-in-law Danielle and Derrick Martoccio of Levittown, a sister and brother-in-law Peggy and Ben Pinelli of Yardley, 14 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral service at 11 AM on Monday, April 9, 2018 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA. The Monsignor John Eckert, Pastor of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, will officiate. His interment will follow in Morrisville Cemetery.
Friends may call Sunday evening from 6-9 PM, and on Monday morning from 10-11 AM at the funeral chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, in Mr. Pinto’s name, may be sent to Chandler Hall Hospice, 99 Barclay St., Newtown, PA 18940.
