Lewis T. Hart

Lewis T. Hart, age 85 of Yardley, PA passed away peacefully at Jefferson Bucks Hospital on Friday, July 21, 2023.

Born and raised in Morrisville, PA, Lewis moved to Yardley in 1971 with his loving wife Carolyn. Lewis graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bucknell University in 1959. He was the captain of the football team while he was at Bucknell. Prior to retirement, Lewis was an accountant for Rohm and Haas Company. An avid golfer, he made sure to meet his buddies from work on the green. Lewis loved being around for any party, socializing with his friends and enjoying a glass of wine. Above all else, he loved his grandsons. He would take his special needs grandson to McDonald’s every Saturday to enjoy a meal and his company.

Son of the late Lewis Sr. and Margaret (Lumio) Hart and brother of the late Bob Hart. Mr. Hart is survived by his wife of 62 years, Carolyn (Green) Hart of Yardley, PA; his children, Kim (and husband John) Fuller of Yardley, PA and Greg Hart of Yardley, PA; his siblings, Richard (and wife Jeanne) Hart of Syracuse, NY, Loretta Whiteside of Morrisville, PA and sister-in-law, Betty Hart; as well as his grandsons, Kevin, Ryan and Sean Fuller.

Services for Mr. Hart will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
