Lorrie Anne Geist (scaccetti)

Lorrie Anne (Scaccetti) Geist of Southampton, PA, fought the good fight but lost her battle with cancer on Sunday, November 30, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Hamilton, NJ, Lorrie lived in Jobstown, NJ for twenty years, then moved to North Carolina for three years. She missed the northeast, and most of all the Delaware River, one of her favorite scenic views and memories, as well as the "Jersey Shore", so she returned to her "beautiful Bucks County" four years ago. Lorrie was employed with Princeton University, enjoying her love of academia, students, and campus life, and a beautiful atmosphere to spend her last days. She enjoyed all kinds of music, art, dance, poetry, and anything outdoors. Lorrie also enjoyed cooking and entertaining. Her love of life was evident by her sparkling smile.She is survived by her children Natalie, Morgan and Christian Geist, her parents Galliano "Jack" and Helene (Ruski) Scaccetti, her siblings Jack, Stuart, Scott Scaccetti, and Joy Tozzi, her dog Hans, who stood/laid by her side always, and many loving nieces and nephews.Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral mass at 11 AM on Friday, December 5, 2014 at St. George Roman Catholic Church, 1370 River Rd., Titusville, NJ. 08560.
