Marlene J. Snyder, age 63, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Neshaminy Manor, Warrington, PA. Born in Trenton, NJ, Marlene was raised in Morrisville, where she resided most of her life. She was a graduate of Morrisville High School and became a Licensed Practical Nurse, working in the medical field for several years in various different roles. She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with others. She was also a former member of the Morrisville United Methodist Church.Daughter of the late Earl and Mary (Harding) Snyder, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Vicki Meloney of Glenside, PA, a daughter, Victoria Meszaros of Hamilton, NJ, two brothers and sisters-in-law, Barry and Christina Snyder of Yardley and Curtis and Carol Snyder of New Hope, a sister and brother-in-law, Betty Jean and Kenny Alesavich of Trevose, three grandchildren, Sophia and Kiera Meloney and Vanessa Meyer, and several nieces and nephews.Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial service at 11 AM on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA (www.hooperfuneralchapel.com). Friends may call Saturday from 10-11 AM at the funeral chapel.A private interment in Morrisville Cemetery will take place privately at the convenience of the family.In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please send a memorial contribution, in Marlene's name, to A Step Up Academy, PO Box 643, Jenkintown, PA 19046.
