Mary Veisz (cardinali)

Mary (Cardinali) Veisz, age 92, of Yardley, PA, formerly residing at 120 Walnut Lane, Lower Makefield Township for 51 years, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017 at her daughter's home in Yardley. Born in Tampa, FL, she was a lifelong Bucks County resident.
Prior to her retirement in 1987, Mary was employed as a clerk/typist for the Division of Pensions at the State of NJ for 24 years. She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Morrisville. Mary loved cooking and entertaining. She loved taking vacations in Treasure Island, FL, was an avid reader and enjoyed crossword puzzles.
Daughter of the late Stefano and Phyllis (Reina) Cardinali, wife of the late John Veisz, to whom she was married for 46 years, and the late Louis Bartolone, she was preceded in death by her brothers Joseph, Steven and John. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law John J. and Lisa Veisz of Yardley, her daughter and son-in-law Karen and Michael Burke of Yardley, a sister Rosalie Hartigan of Levittown, PA, four grandchildren, Justin (and Katie) Veisz, Laura Veisz, and Stephanie and Michael Burke, two twin great grandchildren, Harper and Sienna Veisz, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Sunday evening, Nov. 19th from 4-6 PM, and on Monday from 9-10 AM at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067.
You are invited to celebrate her Funeral Mass at 10:30 AM on Monday, Nov. 20th at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, 201 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Morrisville, PA. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.
Mary's family would like to thank Dr. Scott Kindsfather and Chandler Hall Hospice, especially her aide Evelyn and her very special nurse Laurie, for the wonderful care she received.
