Mary L. (Maxson) Day

Mary L. Day, age 79 of Yardley, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 15, 2023 at St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne.  Born in Trenton, NJ, Mary lived in East Brunswick before moving to Yardley 27 years ago.

Prior to her retirement, she was employed at Johnson and Johnson Chicopee Division for over 15 years.  Following that, she worked as a caregiver, reading to the elderly.  An avid bowler, Mary was also fond of gardening and cooking, and had a huge love for animals.

Daughter of the late Donald Maxson and Mary (Nickerson) Maxson, wife of the late Larry D. Day, and sister of the late Lloyd Maxson, she is survived by two sons, Donald L. Day of Morrisville and Christopher M. Day of Florence, NJ, a sister-in-law Rita Maxson of Stafford, VA, four grandchildren Matthew Neka and Nicholas R. Day, Michael A. Day and Brandon M. Day, and two great grandchildren Hunter and Hudson Day.

Services are being formulated and will be announced at a later date.
