Mary F. Mahan (boris)

Mary F. Mahan, age 88, of Morrisville, PA, died Sunday, December 2, 2012 at St. Mary Medical Center, Middletown Township, PA. Born in Carbondale, PA, she was a 60 year resident of Morrisville. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a Day Matron, with the Pennsbury School District for 35 years. As a parishioner of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Mary was a member of the Prayer Group, the Bible Study group, and the Life in the Spirit Group and loved to attend daily Mass . She was also a member of the Blue Army, and was an avid gardener who loved to travel.Daughter of the late Peter and Johanna (Cembruch) Boris and wife of the late Paul E. Mahan. She was the loving sister of Alex Boris, Michael Boris, Henry Boris, William Boris, Helen Literati, Genevieve Kaczay, Anne Maloney and Johanna Boris. She is survived by a son and daughter in law Ronald P. and Margaret Mahan of Morrisville, PA, two grandchildren Craig J. (and Denise) Mahan of Yardley and Christine Mahan of Morrisville, PA, 4 great grandchildren Robert, Nathan, Caileigh and Maggie, and many nieces and nephews.Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate her funeral mass at 1 PM on Monday, December 10, 2012 at Holy Trinity Church, 201 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Morrisville, PA. Interment will follow in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA. Friends may call Monday December 10, from 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM at the J.
