Mary Ann Johnson

Mary Ann Johnson, age 69, of Morrisville, PA, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2014 at her home in Morrisville. Born in Morrisville, she was a lifelong resident. She was a graduate of Morrisville High School, and was employed as an accountant with Proctor and Gamble for 15 years. Mary Ann was a member of the Morrisville Presbyterian Church for over 50 years, serving as a Deacon and volunteering for many church activities. She was an avid reader, and served as a President of the Morrisville Visiting Nurses. Daughter of the late Benjamin and Catherine (Gernhabor) Johnson, she is survived by a sister, Virginia J. Campbell of Freehold, NJ, two brothers and sisters-in-law J. Charles and Charlotte Johnson of Largo, FL and Thomas F. and Lois Johnson of Hamilton, NJ, two nieces and one great nephew. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at 11 AM on Thursday, Feb. 20, 2014 at the Hutchinson Memorial Chapel of the Morrisville Presbyterian Church, 771 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067. The Rev. Deborah Heffernan, Associate Pastor, will officiate. Interment will follow in Morrisville Cemetery. Friends may call Thursday morning from 10-11 AM in the church lounge. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in Mary Ann's name be made to Animals in Distress, 102 Winding Way, Trenton, NJ 08620.
