Mary J. Marrazzo

Mary J. (Vitellaro) Marrazzo, age 93, of Yardley, PA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 27, 2014 at St. Mary Medical Center, Langhorne, PA. Born in Trenton, NJ, she resided in Trenton before moving to Morrisville 57 years ago.Along with her late husband, Donald, she helped found the Center Fruit Market in Trenton in 1947, the Marrazzo Quality Market in 1961, and assisted in opening Marrazzo's Thriftway, with stores in Robbinsville and Ewing, NJ. Mrs. Marrazzo enjoyed swimming, was an exceptional cook, and deeply loved and took pride in her family.In addition to her late husband, Mrs. Marrazzo is predeceased by her parents, Salvatore and Rosalie (Caldagerone) Vitellaro. She is survived by 2 sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph and Frances Marrazzo of Holland, PA and Sam and Margaret Marrazzo of New Hope, PA, 4 grandchildren Joshua, Donald, Ilise (and husband Paul Valdez), and Mary (and husband Joshua) Saltzman, 4 great-grandchildren Amelia, Juliana, Samantha, and Mary Catherine, and many nieces and nephews.Funeral services and interment in Ewing Presbyterian Church Cemetery will be held privately at the convenience of the family, entrusted to the care of the J.
