Michael Wollover, a gentle soul born on December 22, 1926, in Morrisville, Pennsylvania, departed this world on January 4, 2025, at the Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, New Jersey, following a brief illness.

He leaves behind a legacy of quiet strength and thoughtful dedication, most notably evidenced by his unwavering commitment to his work at Gould Battery, where he contributed significantly to the production of batteries for over 35 years. A proud graduate of Falls Township High School, class of 1944, Michael’s path to adulthood was shaped by his courageous service in the United States Army during World War II. His honorable discharge marked not only a pivotal chapter in his life but also illustrated the values of duty and sacrifice that he cherished deeply.

Michael's personality was characterized by a serene demeanor, a laid-back approach to life, and an innate quality of quietude that drew others to him. Michael was a very simple man enjoying life's pleasures. He enjoyed raising Persian cats making sure they grew up healthy and happy. Michael also had a passion for model railroading, crafting intricate scenes of little towns. He also embraced the thrill of speed, having raced cars at the New Egypt Speedway, where he could unleash his adventurous side. He was also an avid fan of Penn state Football, the Eagles, and the Phillies.

Michael was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Stephen Wallover and Helen Breza. He is survived by his cousin Jack Breza and his wife Kathleen, his niece, Donna Wolfgang and her husband William, his nephews David Wollover and his wife, Matty, Richard Wollover Sr., and his wife Gladys; his niece Christine Wollover; and many other nieces, nephews, and cherished friends who carry the memories of all his lifetime stories.
