November 18, 2013 Obituary of Mildred M. BrushaMildred M. (McDonald) Brusha, age 91, of Yardley, PA, passed away on Nov. 14, 2013. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Mildred lived in Trenton, NJ before moving to Yardley 62 years ago.She was a member of the Morrisville Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. Mildred was a talented painter and loved to sew.Daughter of the late Barclay and Rose (Gayer) McDonald, and devoted wife of the late Joseph C. Brusha, she is survived by a son and daughter in law, Douglas E and Judith B. Cook, a sister and brother in law, Jeanne M. and Walter L. Schutzenbach, 2 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and two stepsons and their spouses, Joseph and Karen Brusha and Daniel and Patti Brusha.Relatives and friends may greet the family and pay respects from 10-11 AM on Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA. There will be no formal services at the funeral chapel.The funeral procession will then depart for the interment at Rosedale Memorial Park, Bensalem, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mildred's name may be made to the Morrisville Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses, 251 N. Lafayette Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067.
