Patricia Emily Graffius, age 83 of Yardley, PA, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 8, 2024 at Cadbury at Cherry Hill, Cherry Hill, NJ. Born in Bronx, NY, Patricia lived in Glen Rock, NJ for 30 years and Clifton, NJ for 11 years before moving to Yardley 7 years ago.
Prior to her retirement she was employed as a customer service manager with Clinton Industries in Carlstadt, NJ for 15 years. Mrs. Graffius was a longtime parishioner at St. Catherine’s Roman Catholic Church in Glen Rock. She was a member of the YWCA and a Tribute to Women in Industry, both located in Ridgewood, NJ, and was active in advocating for women’s and civil rights. A huge baseball fan, Patricia enjoyed rooting for her favorite team, the New York Mets. An avid reader, she was also fond of shopping (especially for handbags and shoes) and traveling, but most of all, spending time with her family.
Daughter of the late Donald and Dorothy (McKenna) Stebbins, wife of the late Robert A. Graffius, mother of the late Elizabeth (Betsy) M. Graffius and sister of the late Maryann Darnell, she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Daniel and Jessica Graffius of Yardley, a brother and sister-in-law Donald and Diane Stebbins of Utica, NY, grandchildren Ryan, Lorelei and Abby Graffius and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Mass to be celebrated on August 3, 2024 at 10 AM at St. Catherine Roman Catholic Church, 905 Maple Ave., Glen Rock, NJ 07452.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, in Patricia’s name, may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation (www.komen.org).
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, Morrisville, PA.
