Patricia Carroll Kolle passed away on May 3,2023. Pat was married to the late G. Frederic Kolle, and is survived by her four children; Sheridan Skura, Allyson Kliefoth (William), Meredith Hlatky (Joseph), and Jonathan Kolle; ten grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren.

Pat met her husband, Fred, in eighth grade. They married in 1950 and were married for forty-five years. Pat and Fred were the first married couple to graduate together from Drexel Institute of Technology, now Drexel University.

Pat was a past president of the American Association of University Women (AAUW), a group that was instrumental in moving the library from Yardley to its current location in Lower Makefield. AAUW also worked with other local organizations to preserve the Five Mile Woods. Pat was also a board member with the Lower Makefield Historical Society and a member of the Morrisville Presbyterian Church for over 65 years. In addition to time spent with her family, her yearly summers in Ocean City, New Jersey, were some of the most memorable and joyful times of her life.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on May 8, 2023; at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care of J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, Morrisville, Pennsylvania. Memorial contributions can be made to The Marine Corp Scholarship Foundation: mcsf.org.
