Patrick Hartigan

Patrick Hartigan, age 70, of Morrisville, PA, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday, Aug. 26, 2017, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Doylestown, PA, Patrick lived in Yardley, PA before moving to Morrisville 46 years ago. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Hartigan worked as a carpenter in the construction field for 10 years, followed by 20 years of employment as a line worker with General Motors in Ewing. Patrick was a proud Navy Veteran. Among his many interests were fishing, hunting, skiing, and archery. He was a member of the Buckland Valley Archers. Pat also loved restoring old trains, building and inventing, and spending time at the beach. He was a parishioner of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Morrisville.Son of the late Matthew and Mary (O'Donnell) Hartigan and brother of the late Matthew Hartigan, he is survived by his loving wife Lynn (Furente) Hartigan, a son and daughter-in-law Patrick and Ginny Hartigan of Roswell, GA, a daughter and son-in-law Julie and Troy Brendlinger of Clymer, PA, a sister Marie Hartigan Loef of Tarpon Woods, FL, 6 grandchildren Katie, Matthew, Claire, Jack, Ty, and Avrie, and several nieces and nephews.Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate his funeral mass at 12 noon on Thursday, August 31 at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, 201 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067. The Rev. John Eckert, Pastor, will celebrate mass. Interment will be private.Friends may call Thursday morning from 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM at the J.
