Paul E. Sullivan

Paul E. "Sully" Sullivan, age 82, of Morrisville, PA, died Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Crestview Center, Langhorne, PA. Born in Trenton, NJ, he was raised in Morrisville, PA.He graduated from Morrisville High School, class of 1950. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a maintenance planner with U.S.X. Corp for 43 years. He was also a proud Army Veteran of the Korean War.He was the son of the late Paul A. and Ruth (Maurey) Sullivan, uncle of the late Suzanne Sullivan, and grandfather of the late Robert Joseph Sullivan. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Elizabeth "Betty" (Lenox) Sullivan, two sons and daughters-in-law, John P. and Diane Sullivan of Yardley and Bryan D. and Joan Sullivan of Fairless Hills, a daughter and son-in-law, Beth Ann and Paul Kurtz of Langhorne, a brother and sister-in-law, William and Cathy Sullivan of Langhorne, five grandchildren Daniel B. and Matthew J. Sullivan, and Lauren E., Michael P. and Amanda L. Kurtz; a niece Susan and seven nephews Mike, Jeff, Donnie, Darren, Scott, Chris, and David.Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 9:45 AM on Monday, January 19, 2015 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA. The Rev. James H. Midberry will officiate, followed by military honors and interment at 11 AM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA.Friends may call on Monday from 8:45 - 9:45 AM at the funeral chapel.The family wishes to thank all the caring workers, hospice personnel, social workers, and staff at Crestview Center in Langhorne for their care and kindness to Paul and his family.In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Paul's name to be sent to the Morrisville Ambulance Squad, 139 N. Washington St., Morrisville, PA 19067 or to the charity of the donor's choice.
