Robert E. Graves

Robert E. Graves, 89, of Morrisville, PA passed peacefully away, Wednesday, December 7 ^th , 2022, at Chandler Hall Hospice in Newtown, one day short of his 90 ^th birthday.

He was born to George Graves and Helen Kent on December 8 ^th , 1932.

He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Lou (Stella) Graves, Brian Graves (son), Amanda Graves (daughter) and Casey Smith (spouse), Emma Smith and Ryder Smith (grandchildren). Preceded in death by his daughter Ashley Graves and his sister Dorothy Krivenko.

Robert was a Veteran of the Korean War and served in the U.S. Air Force.

A few of his many careers included battery designer, Emergency room technician, and later in life became a licensed practical nurse.

Earlier in life, he ran track and field and obtained his black belt in karate. Additionally, he enjoyed vacationing with his family, as well as watching sporting events. He especially enjoyed watching the Philadelphia Eagles.

The family wants to thank the staff at Chandler Hall Hospice for the excellent care given to him and who became a major source of support to the family, as well as to Robert in his last 4 months of life.

Robert’s Celebration of life will be held privately at the family’s discretion.
