Robert E. Mcguigan Jr.

Robert E. "McGoo" McGuigan, Jr., age 79, of Levittown, PA, passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at his home. Born in Morrisville, PA, Robert moved to Levittown in 1971. Prior to his retirement in 1982, he was employed as a supervisor with Robertson Tile Company of Morrisville for 30 years. He then worked as a supervisor at American Standard for 10 years. Robert was a member of the N.R.A., a life member of the International Bench Rest Shooters, and a member of the Falls Twp. Rifle and Pistol Association since 1992. He was an avid fisherman, and belonged to the Delaware River Rats.Son of the late Robert E. Sr., and Margaret (Solt) McGuigan, Sr., husband of the late Barbara (Billick) McGuigan, and brother of the late Julia Servis and James P. McGuigan, he is survived by his sister Lorraine Matyis of Falls Township, PA, as well as several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate his funeral mass at 11 AM on Monday, Feb. 22, 2016 at Holy Trinity Church, 201 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067. Interment will follow in Morrisville Cemetery. Friends may call Monday morning from 9:30-10:30 AM at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W.
