Robert A. Pegg

Robert “Bob” Pegg, age 66 of Morrisville, PA passed away suddenly on Thursday, November 25, 2021 at his home with his family.  Born in South Philadelphia, Mr. Pegg lived in Morrisville for the past 33 years.

Mr. Pegg earned his B.S. degree from Temple University in 1977, was employed as a Senior Analyst with the Abrams-Cherwony and Associates Group of Gannett Fleming for 10 years, and was the Director of Bus Service Planning for New Jersey Transit for the past 28 years.  Robert was a parishioner of Holy Trinity Church in Morrisville who enjoyed watching movies and sports.  He enjoyed all sports, but was a 4 for 4 Philly guy, loving all the Philadelphia sports teams, and rooted extra hard for the Eagles. In the past, Robert also enjoyed getting together with his uncles for spirited games of Pinochle.

Son of the late Harry and Rita (Paone) Pegg, he is survived by his loving wife Marie (Gileno) Pegg, his two sons Robert and Christopher Pegg, a brother William Pegg of Melbourne, FL, a sister and brother-in-law Mary Catherine and Ken Berger, also of Melbourne, his best buddy – the family dog “Gino,” a niece Ariel (Chris) Tipton and three great nephews Kason, Maddox and Rory.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate his Memorial Mass at 11 AM on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, 201 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Morrisville, PA  19067.  His interment will follow in the parish cemetery.

Friends may gather from 10:30 AM until time of Mass at the church on Thursday.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, in Mr. Pegg’s name, may be made to Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church at the above address, or to Camilla Hall Nursing Home, 100 Maxis Dr., Malvern, PA  19355.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, Morrisville, PA.
