Rose Bailiff Reppin, age 102 of New Port Richey, FL, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 26, 2021 at Oak Haven Assisted Living in New Port Richey.
Born in Yardley, PA, Rose lived in New Jersey before moving to New Port Richey 50 years ago. Daughter of the late Clark and Clara (McGinnis) McClister, wife of the late Thomas Bailiff and Herbert Reppin, and mother of the late Frank McClister and Thomas Bailiff, Jr, she is survived by several grandchildren, many great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Rose was an avid gardener who spent most of her time outside tending to her flower garden and she enjoyed all her beloved pets. Rose also spent time reading her Bible. Rose and her late husband Herbert Reppin founded and ran a mission to provide for under privileged children when living in New Jersey. After Rose and Herbert moved to Florida Rose’s son Tommy Bailiff Jr continued her work at the mission until it closed down. Rose will be missed by many.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at 12 Noon on Monday, October 11, 2021 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA 19067. Her interment will follow in Newtown Cemetery.
Friends may call Monday morning from 11 AM – 12 Noon at the funeral chapel.
