Russell W. Taylor

Russell W. Taylor, age 86, of Langhorne, PA passed away peacefully surrounded by family, on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Jefferson Bucks Hospital.  Russ was the loving husband of Joan (Maganzin) Taylor and the father of the “Taylor Sisters”, Janet, Carol, Lynn and Donna.

Born in Trenton, NJ, he was a longtime resident of Morrisville, PA and moved to Langhorne after raising his family and retiring from a 37-year career with New Jersey Bell Telephone.

Russ enjoyed and made the best of his 30+ retirement years.  He and Joan traveled to many beautiful locations, he continued his lifelong love of the New Jersey shore and the Outerbanks and as his family grew and grandchildren arrived, he spent many proud years watching them become amazing adults.

Russ was predeceased by his parents, Russell S. and Elizabeth (Toth) Taylor; his brother, Bob Taylor and son-in-law Thomas Warshaw. He is survived by his wife Joan Taylor; his four children, Janet Taylor (Warshaw), Carol and Joe Amengual, Lynn and Roger Frischkorn, and Donna and Paul Rossi; and his six grandchildren, Alexa, Jonathan and Evan (Frischkorn), Amanda and Bradley (Amengual) and Steven (Rossi).

Relatives and friends may gather from 5 to 8 PM on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, Morrisville PA. There will be a morning visitation from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel.

A memorial mass will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, July 29, 2021 in the Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church.  Monsignor John Eckert will be officiating. Graveside service will follow at Morrisville Cemetery.
