Sharon Lynn Pileggi

February 11, 1966 — January 13, 2025

Morrisville, PA

Sharon Lynn Pileggi, a beloved wife, sister, Aunt, and friend passed away peacefully at her home in Morrisville, PA, on January 13, 2025, at the age of 58.

She was born in Trenton, NJ, to the late Richard Oliver, and her mother, Edith Bowman. Sharon’s early life was marked by her strong spirit, infectious humor, and kindness that touched everyone around her. After graduating Pennsbury high school, Sharon pursued her education at Trenton State College (now known as the College of New Jersey). She dedicated several years of her working life to WSFS Bank, as a consumer loan servicing specialist. Outside of her professional commitments, Sharon embraced life with a zest that found expression in her hobbies. A fan of cooking, she delighted in preparing meals that brought family and friends together. Her love for bowling brought her frequent visits to Delmor Lanes, where she was happy to compete with her family or friends. Sharon was also an avid supporter of dirt track racing and a loyal fan of both the Philadelphia Phillies and the Eagles.

Sharon took pride in her ability to create stunning artwork and ceramics, which spoke to her creative soul. Her involvement in the Fallsington United Methodist Church’s Choir exemplified her passion for music and community. Sharon is remembered fondly for her quiet personality although she was a strong, spunky woman with a warm heart. Even during her lengthy illness, she maintained a positive outlook, inspiring those around her with her resilience and strength.

She leaves behind her loving husband, William "Bill" Pileggi; her cherished sister, Gail Wootten; her beloved nephews, Luke and Connor Wootten; sister-in-law Annamarie Pileggi and her husband Eric Grosso; and her dear feline companions, Trixie and Sadie. She also holds a special place in the hearts of many other extended relatives and friends she made throughout her life. Sharon Lynn Pileggi's legacy is one of love, laughter, and family—her memory will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.
