Susan Lynn Wooden (reddick)

Susan Lynn Wooden, age 47, of Burlington, NJ, passed away Friday, May 24, 2013 at her home. Born in Columbus, OH, she lived in Langhorne, PA before moving to Burlington 18 years ago. Susan was a 1983 graduate of Pennsbury High School, and received her BA degree from Kutztown University in 1987. Susan was a very active soccer mom. She loved swimming and vacationing, especially Disney World. Susan was employed as a teacher at the Dunn Middle School in the Trenton School District for 20 years. Her first teaching position was in the Pennsbury School District, where her mother also was a teacher. She was also active with many extracurricular activities with the Trenton School District, including coaching track and cheerleading. Susan was a member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Burlington. She is survived by her loving husband, David Michael Wooden, her son Michael David Wooden and her daughter Marissa Lynn Wooden, both at home, a brother and sister in law, T.J. and Gina Reddick of Belmar, NJ, her parents, Larry and Sandy (Urnosky) Reddick of Levittown, PA, her father in law, Ralph H. Wooden of Ewing, NJ, and her mother in law Clare P. Fox of Jim Thorpe, PA.Relatives and friends are invited to attend her life celebration on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 10 AM at the Calvary Full Gospel Church, 676 Lincoln Highway, Fairless Hills, PA. The Rev. David Farina, Pastor, will officiate. Interment will follow in Bordentown Cemetery, Burlington Township, NJ. Friends may call Thursday evening from 6-9 PM at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA.
