Tammy Martha Roberts, age 60 of Fallsington, PA passed away suddenly on Friday, July 9, 2021 at her home in Fallsington. Born in Trenton, she was a lifelong resident of the unique town of Fallsington.
She was a 1978 graduate of Pennsbury High School and was employed with Kings Department Store in Fairless Hills for 3 years before working with Clover Department Store in Morrisville for 17 years as an executive receiving manager. Tammy had a love of NASCAR and believed Rusty Wallace was the best driver. Her family had fun debating that issue with her. As an avid Eagles fan, Tammy never missed a game and helped the franchise by buying much of their attire. Tammy would want to be most remembered for her fondness of animals. She would often take care of any that needed a home and poured love on all she met.
She is predeceased by her father, Sherwood Taylor, Sr. and brother David F. Taylor. Although saddened by her sudden departure from us, her family knows she rejoins these two men and their delightful raucous behavior.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, William E. Roberts, Jr., her mother Irene J. (Kemble) Taylor, brother Sherwood Taylor, Jr. (Elaine), nephews Chip and Matthew Taylor, niece Kelly Howley, and grandnieces Katherine Taylor and Ellyana Howley and grandnephews David Taylor and Braydon Howley, that she always made sure felt her love.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later date for family and friends, entrusted to the care of the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, Morrisville, PA.
The family has asked that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Tammy’s name be made to the Bucks County SPCA, 1665 Street Rd., New Hope, PA 18938 (www.BuckscountySPCA.org) or to an animal humane society of your choice.
