Theodore L, “Ted” Condo, Jr., age 57 of Ewing Township, NJ, passed away suddenly in Trenton, NJ on Saturday, November 25, 2023 as a result of injuries sustained in a tragic motorcycle accident. Born in Boston, MA, Ted lived in New York City for nine years before moving to Ewing Township sixteen years ago.
Ted was an incredibly talented musician artist and performer who played 5 different instruments, as well as being a vocalist, songwriter, engineer, and music producer. Ted played with many bands, including 6L6, Nitromusk, and recording a ton of original music and playing live, touring across the United States and Canada. One of his greatest pleasures was building electric guitars, and turning up his amp and rocking out on a daily basis. His hobbies included being a fine artist painter, being a motorcycle enthusiast, avid golfer, and world traveler. Proud of his Irish and Native American Indian heritage, he was a member of the MicMac Tribe in Canada, where his tribal name was “Blue Cloud” and was referred to as Teddy Blue Cloud.
He was employed as a veteran claims agent with the U.S. Veterans Administration in Philadelphia for the past 12 years. Mr. Condo was a veteran of the U.S. Navy during Operation Enduring Freedom with the Inshore Boat Unit 22 (IBU22) assigned to specialty boats. He then joined the NJ Air National Guard as a munitions system technician, attaining the rank of Staff Sgt. Ted attended St. Ignatius Church in Yardley, and attended prayer groups in local area churches.
Son of the late Theodore Condo, Sr. and Patricia Moynihan Condo, he is survived by his former wife of 23 years Candace Corelli, and the entire Corelli and Moynihan families.
Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate his Funeral Mass at 11:30 AM on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at St. Ignatius Roman Catholic Church, 999 Reading Ave, Yardley, PA 19067. His interment, with Military Honors, will be held at 1 PM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Ave., Newtown, PA 18940.
Friends may call, and pay their respects to Ted on December 19, 2023 from 10:30 – 11:15 AM at St. Ignatius Church.
