Thomas R. Cooper, age 73, of Yardley, PA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015 at Chandler Hall, Newtown, PA. Born in Trenton, NJ, Mr. Cooper lived in Levittown, PA before moving to Yardley in 1998.He was employed as a bus driver with New Jersey Transit for over 35 years. Mr. Cooper was a NASCAR fan who enjoyed flea markets.Son of the late John W. and Vivian Cooper, and husband of the late Mary M. (Campbell) Cooper, he is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Tara and Scott P. Nobel of Enola, PA and Tamara and Gary L. Ege of Levittown, PA, his companion Barbara Zimmerman, 2 sisters-in-law and 1 brother-in-law, 3 grandchildren, Jennifer St. John, Amanda Ege, and Alexander Nobel, 2 great grandchildren Kendall Ege and Jaxson St. John, and several nieces and nephews.Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at 11 AM on Friday, Dec. 18, 2015 at the J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA. The Rev. Wendy Bellis, Pastor of the Morrisville United Methodist Church, will officiate. Interment will follow in Rosedale Memorial Park, Bensalem, PA.Friends may call Friday morning from 9:30 - 11 AM at the funeral chapel.In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions in Mr. Cooper's name be sent to the American Diabetes Association, P.O.
