Thomas S. Lucas

Thomas Lucas passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on October 28, 2016 at 72 years old. Born in Trenton NJ, he was the son of the late George and Margaret (Kelly) Lucas and brother of the late George R. Lucas. He was a graduate of the first class of Notre Dame High School in 1961 and then attended Rider University. He retired from the State of New Jersey after 29 years of service. He was a devoted fan of the San Francisco Giants, the Oakland Raiders and the Shippensburg Red Raiders. He resided in Morrisville Pennsylvania with his wife of nearly 50 years, Carol (Browne) Lucas. He was a loving father to Karin Marks and Kelly DeMilio (David) and an adoring grandfather to US Marine Corps Pvt. Tyler Marks, Meghan Marks, Ryan and Alexander DeMilio. Thomas will also be missed by his Mother in Law Edna Browne, Sister Kathleen Lucas, Sister in Law BJ Lucas, James Browne (Andrea), Thomas Browne (Donna), Linda Venslavsky (David), one special Aunt Margaret Harris (Aunt Dickie), many cousins, nieces and nephews and longtime friends that were like family. Celebrate life each and every day. Fill your hearts with love. Look for it, it's all around you. A memorial service will be held at J. Allen Hooper Funeral Chapel, 41 W. Trenton Ave., Morrisville, PA, on Wednesday November 2nd with calling hours from 10:00-11:30 am, followed by a service at 11:30.
