Thomas Olson

Thomas H. Olson passed away on Tuesday, February 19. He was the husband of Florence Olson, who predeceased him in 2012, and the loving father of Linda Olson (son-in-law Eugene Redko) of Yardley, PA and Richard Olson (daughter-in-law Rebecca) of Cedar Park, TX. Thomas and Florence had been married for 71 years. Thomas graduated from Frankford High School in Philadelphia and earned a BS in Forestry at Penn State College. He worked as the Works Manager at Eaton-Yale and Towne in Philadelphia and as Director of Special Projects at CBS Corp in New York City. Born in Philadelphia, he lived in Abington Township from 1953 to 1964 and Yardley from 1964 to the present. He was a long-time member of the Morrisville Presbyterian Church where he served as an elder. He belonged to the Free and Accepted Masons of Pennsylvania, raised in 1948, and was a member of Lodge #427 F&AM. Memorial services and interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
